    Relating an Experience

Someone is relating stories of his experience after being sent back from Junction.A way to describe what Junction looks like, what it is. Could mention someone, a position called Keeper. Describe the buildings.  This can all be a story told to a reporter. But, then, how does the reporter find Junction? Why is he brought there?

Asks if the man will take him there. Somehow ?? the man can. OR no but can tell him about it. Maybe the reporter has something to be redeemed for. In his search for Junction, he is, unknown to him, brought there. Yes . . . lots of options here.

One is that the reporter makes several attempts to find the town. Possibly, h has an experience in different towns Possibly, in the last town he commits a crime that allows redemption. Then, is brought there.

    Diary

Media Res — starts with an entry. C R A P:  A short catalog of last couple days. Someone disappeared. His name was Simon. I spoke with him last evening. Will I? It has something to do with that blue barn. The man who works there talked to Simon yesterday. They were just inside the barn doorway.

I need to spend more time in the restaurant or bar or whatever it is next door. “Sam’s Place.” Sam cooks there. He smiles a lot.

THIS HAS TO BE MORE INTIMATE WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE TOWN AS ENTRY 1. THEN WHO SHE HAS MET THERE. THEN THE DISAPPEARANCE OF SOMEONE, SIMON WHOM SHE SAW TALKING WITH THE TALL MAN JUST INSIDE THE BARN.

HOW ABOUT: I’ve been here for five, hot desert days. I’ve met two others, Vicki and Simon. Vicki spends time in Sam’s Place, the restaurant-bar next door. Oh, and Sally who runs this motel.
